Savannah GA - Boston MA
Hello, my name is Elizabeth Goodwin
I’m a cinematographer originally from Saugus, Massachusetts. Since 2015, I’ve been immersed in the world of still photography and motion pictures—drawn to capturing real human emotion and the beauty found in everyday moments.
I moved to Savannah, Georgia, to study filmmaking and cinematography at Savannah College of Art and Design, where I’ve had the chance to work with state-of-the-art equipment and gain hands-on experience on professional student sets.
Recently, I returned to Massachusetts, where I got the experience of taking traditional film and digital photography classes at Montserrat College of Art and working as the college’s photographer to keep my creative eye sharp.
This fall, I moved back to Savannah to finish my BFA in Film and Television, with a minor in Cinematography, by 2027. Im thrilled to be returning back to the rush of set life! My filmmaking style leans into vivid colors, raw emotion, and the exploration of emotional conflict—always with a deep love for storytelling at its core. I thrive on mixing turning documentary stories into narrative films.
Documentary Look
Capturing the day to day humanistic look. A timeless creation capturing the beauty of everyday life. A cinematic movie like look with high contrast.
Narrative Storytelling
A powerful wave of emotions. Teleport into the moment. Capture the story not just the image. A personal connection with the art.
